Nothing Wasted

“One of those days when the Sun is shining bright and my life is going right and the simple things are not wasted.” That’s a verse, borrowed from the late Songstress, Whitney Houston, whom I thought was one of the best to ever sing. One of those days is the song that I ride to, left on repeat. That’s slang guys, for driving and playing a perfect tune on a beautiful day…whatever that is to you. One of those days where absolutely nothing is wasted.

So, today my friends, I implore you take time to reflect on your lives and make sure there is no experience, wasted. Each day, awaken and ask yourselves…“What in life am I wasting? For nothing has been in vain my dear friends, every single thing was to help your soul evolve. How freaking wonderful is that? No experience was meant to harm you, although, growth can indeed, be painful. What if I told you…It was all designed for our soul’s evolution only. Smile.

Every single tear that you’ve ever cried, was only to help you, heal your soul. Crying is a form of release, of our deep, suppressed emotions. I truly believe that it’s dangerous for mankind to suppress our emotions, it’s crucial to find healthy ways, to express ourselves. Basically people, I’m suggesting, that we Feel our feelings, folks.” One of those days that we all need.

Embrace that you are blessed to dwell amongst the living. And never be embarrassed for anything that life has thrown at you…it’s all, just experience, our life lessons. Life is not personal, please stop viewing it that way… And, watch how quickly you’ll release burdens. One of those days, for me, is when you awaken to the mere fact, that you are no mistake… and, that no one and no thing, could ever stop you…Your Destiny awaits!

The experiences, we all have in life, were only meant to induce our personal growth, rebirthing us, into the best version of Ourselves. It’s what the Divine intended. We’re meant to soar and when it’s all said and done, no one can take credit, for you, doing all of the hard work to heal. Becoming the very best version of YOU. One of those days…where the Sun is shining bright. Life is going right. Sigh.
