Smile
As crazy as life has been for me over these past few years, I still remember to smile. I made something out of anything thrown my way. Big or small, Friend or foe, Spouse or gigolo, Baller or bum, I find the good and utilize it. No matter what goes on, focus on overcoming foolishness. Remember, you are protected by the Universe and just plain old common sense. Obstacles should be used as a strengthening tool, so make use of it all…in helping you, perfect you.
When you realize an environment has become non-conducive for your success…do what you can to stop engaging in it. Find creative ways to stay away from the toxicity in the environment until you can do better…you must keep yourself content…no one else is responsible for your happiness but you. Stop giving away your power. The little things make a very big difference. Remember, it’s okay to take baby steps. Just move forward. Visualize removing yourself from a barren environment, into one that is plentiful.

Spring time is a wonderful time of the year because it represents renewal. It’s nature’s way of reminding us all, that every ending, is the start of a new beginning. Release and look forward to a new cycle. Life is only lessons , the people you met along the way help you, perfect you.
Look in Nature for Clues
As much as people are different, they are alike.. All have the same basic needs to survive, food, shelter and water. When you’re feeling stuck, step outside of your problems and look for someone going through the same thing, you’re experiencing. Offer them the help, you’d wish to receive. It will instantly boost your self esteem and likely, earn you a new friend.

Mother Nature truly is the best teacher. Everything evolves, it must. So why would you accept being the same person you were ten or even two years ago? Take healthy risks…go after your dreams. There is no better time than now. Make your own way and embrace change, it’s the only thing that is guaranteed in life.
Love the Rain
Learn to appreciate the rain. Water…fluidity. We need to become more like water …recharging ourselves. Allowing tears to flow, whenever they come, let them flow freely. Purging all negative energy emotions..its cleansing from the inside, out.. we all need that, never suppress your feelings. Learn to love the rain and what it represents. Cleansing. Find healthy ways to express yourself and go with the flow.
