Are you a spiritual punk or soldier? Sometimes, I wonder if we truly get the reason, for all of our relationships, truthfully, they are all the same. Some are just more intimate, than others. Would you still get in that relationship, if you knew “beforehand” it was only designed to teach you, something about yourself? That it was basically, a “development tool” from the Universe.
Could be, designed to show you, how ugly “you” treat people. A lot of us don’t get that the person that hurt you the most, was likely your shadow side of yourself, reflecting back at you… darker things, you need to acknowledge in Self. Maybe, you need to open your “heart chakra” and until then, you hadn’t noticed, how emotionally unavailable, you were in relationships.
Others could be designed to show you that…that weakness, you thought you’d mastered, etc. hasn’t truly been mastered yet. Cool, so now you know to go work on it. You’re spiritual beings, some are even spiritual soldiers, (especially Capricorns)..so, go do the work on you and move on.
No relationship is truly bad.. they all leave us with a new experience “gained” in the end. Guess what, if you do not realize the lesson in it, you get to do it all over again. How’s that for motivation?

If they only realized, they’re viewing it all skewed. No one has taught us this, so we’re bumping our freaking heads, stressed out and depressed, over nothing but life lessons.
Forgiveness, doesn’t mean you have to get back with that person that “hurt” or misused or betrayed you. Forgiveness is so you don’t block your energy. Don’t ever block yourself from co-creating and manifesting.
Un-forgiveness blocks energy. You can’t create in that. So release it.
What if the Universe could come tell you personally that your last relationship, the one that truly devastated you, was not designed to break you down at all, it was only designed for you to master “self love“ within?…hold on to the “lesson” in it only, not the person or pain caused by them, so that “you” could learn to treat “you” better and not allow people that cause you that kind of pain in your circle, to seduce you, in to having relationships, with their type again. That’s it.
Developing “SELF LOVE” changes the game because that’s your “super” power… Once you’ve learned to treat “You” better…You become aware and won’t allow others, to treat you bad .. so you can stop attracting, users or takers. There are no victims in relationships, we all “willingly” play the role of the perpetrator or the victim. You can always leave whenever you, want to.
Isn’t that neat?
None of your relationships, are truly a bad thing, if only you’d simply change your view on it …see them as the “lessons” they truly are, nothing more….you could heal a broken heart, a whole lot quicker and move forward, with your life.

You’re never trapped or stuck. You’re only mentally stuck. You’re hurting and didn’t know there was a way out of that despair. It lies within. How about you forgive yourself now and most of all, you, now “free” yourself from that mental prison?
Everything will be fine, relax…try smiling again. You just weren’t taught, the things you really needed to know, to navigate, life.

Can you make less for Abundance? That’s a question, I asked myself & then, put it to the test to see if I’m still about my business…I’ve had to start from scratch & it takes someone like me, to tell you… “Ain’t nothing or nobody stopping, my shine, ever.”
I recently shared the nice offer in my field…Well, weather had me delayed, waiting on HR to clear me…I thought on the Govt. shut down…then, I reminded myself, that I’ve got to have eggs in more than one basket & bust another move I had been toying with. Now, I only move when I know it’s time.
So, I worked for $8.00 an hour & when I tell y’all, I “loved” it…(it had my back aching, out at the crack of dawn)…but in spite of all of that, I loved the new experiences and relationships formed. I met so many wonderful people. Some of the women, were stand offish with me at first , but I knew what to do.. Every day, I came into contact, with so many different people and personalities…which is right up my alley cause I do love me, some socializing.
So many men introduced themselves, daily… And, I was treated to lunch, each day & all sorts of nice gestures & invitations flowed in, from my new colleagues, etc…I loved it all. (I probably should’ve went to that party tonite but I’m beat…) That’s a Leo, we don’t mind generosity & fun, we almost expect it cause we live our lives that same way.
I simply realized the Universe, was sending me support for my new journey (& lots of these people are of my soul family) ..so I treated, All as such and encouraged most, when I had time to talk, one on one, with them.
Nothing just happens. There is no such thing, as coincidence.
I’ve met all these people for a reason, so I decided to stay aware & in the moment and enjoyed my, now.
I used all opportunities and celebrated people.. and, how many doors were opened to me, just by showing up each day. What an amazing experience..?!
I always have bad chicks hitting on me..(it never fails but I don’t get offended, I take it all as compliments) and I swear they had some booty for days & it was all real. Y’all know, I do appreciate my sistas with a natural big booty, hips & thighs for days. To me, they so are the truth & rock! Although, I’m only into and attracted to men, being found attractive, by both genders..is so freaking cute to me. Now, you know me being a “Hollis” girl…I couldn’t resist this! Good Lawd, Do I love where I grew up and at the time that I grew up in Hollis! I’ve told y’all the God’s have been good to me..Jamaica, Queens itself, what a beautiful experience I’ve shared. Do any of y’all ever sit back and actually think of the beauty New York City has produced? It continues to influence culture everywhere. Ain’t no place in the world like, New York City. Slang. I’m a proud native, New Yorker. Hollis, Queens to be exact. Wouldn’t change it for the world. Queens itself, already known amongst the five boroughs for our own swag because it’s impeccable. Shout out to Uptown, our only rivals in swag. It’s cool though because a little friendly competition has never hurt us, iron sharpens iron. Wink
Queens, wears the crown of New York City…We birth Kings. I’m even more biased about Jamaica, Queens natives. They undeniably change the game in any genre, they enter. Do your research on the Natives. Now in Hollis, we were mostly residential, things have changed some over the years. BUT that’s ok too. Did y’all know that Black home ownership in the borough of Queens itself was always the highest in the Nation? …and, that it has always been that way. Older New Yorkers can tell you that back in the day, Our Parents (Black) could only dream of ever owning a home in Queens. It was considered a “status” symbol to be able to say, “You owned a home in Queens.” It was showing off, announcing to Black folks all over New York City that “You’d arrived.” Smile
No matter what, New Yorkers should remain proud because OUR way is the truth. WE ARE, The trendsetters, our way has always been“official.” Slang.
And, I’m still in loooove with “Rap” because of our local neighborhood heroes, “Run DMC” …didn’t God bless Jamaica, Queens? …Especially, “Hollis“, Queens? Run DMC, singlehandedly, came in and completely changed the RAP game. They taught others how to level up & they changed the entire genre forever. The whole world was introduced to Hollis‘ swag and culture. The game hasn’t been the same ever since. The Universe has watched over me, not many can say…they grew up in the same neighborhood with RUN DMC, when they were still living around the way. Hollis is a small area in Jamaica, Queens but RUN DMC made it larger than life. Hollis still produces the very best to come in and do the damn thing..Irv Gotti and Ja Rule prove that to be true also. Can’t forget producer, Rockwilder. It’s just something about Queens folk. They turn heads and make it happen.

If there is no even exchange, of high vibrational energy, going on between us, I stop engaging in it. I must, it’s not about you…I do what’s necessary for me.

What do you really know about Cats? Did you know that Cats are “conduits” of positive energy….& that they are our protectors of the energy world? Cats protect your home from evil spirits. I remember that calling like it was just yesterday. Dialing Napalm, on the phone and as soon as he spoke, all of my feelings overwhelmed me…I cried so hard, I couldn’t talk. So, him being in big brother mode, stayed quiet and let me cry until I could get my words out. He waited until I calmed down and then, he asked,“Trina, what’s wrong?”
I began to share what was on my heart. I told him that fear had it’s hold on me…that I had to make this move but was also terrified of the unknown. What if I fail? I’m from around the way (the hood)…all I had to know is n*ggas, fast cash and cars.
My survival skills didn’t require “Book knowledge” in the streets…Now, I was going to have to step out of my comfort zone. What if I fail? Girls, like me, don’t go to College, I f*cks with the ballers. That’s my comfort zone, we care about pulling n*ggas and going shopping.
To make this move, I would be completely outside of my lane….Do I have what it takes?
Napalm began to speak…And, just as he always did growing up, in that moment, he gave me “his strength”…so that I could embrace change…and, “do it scared.” An hour later, I, a High School drop out, boarded a plane, at JFK to attend College, at a Historically Black University in the South. I did it scared. The Calling comes in weird forms.

That was over two decades ago. Proved to be one of the best things, ever. I did it scared.
Now, I was having a deja vu experience, just like that day, I left for College.
I was being called, but after monitoring my sons behavior closely, I had to come to terms that flexibility was required. I couldn’t be a Father to our sons. It was impossible to teach my boys what they would need to know as men. I don’t have the experience or background knowledge, so, no matter what I did…I knew, I would do it 100% wrong.
I watched their confidence begin to slip, while defiant behavior, arose in them. I text their Dad, a message about them, that I knew required, immediate action from him…around 11:30 p.m. the doorbell rings. I look out the window, see his car but our oldest never got up. Why? Because he knew, it was his Father.

I watched him go outside and instantly, I noticed the posture turn back into that of a child… because he was standing before a man. He knew, he better not approach his Father, with his chest poked out. He instinctively knew, to humble himself.
Only Men can truly mold and hold, men, accountable. I’m the youngest of 8. My father just stepping foot in the house would calm my 3 older brothers down instantly. Mama couldn’t do that alone. Just Daddy being there produced better results. Since I knew the importance of having the father around raising their children, I tweaked my plans because I knew I would need the male energy.
Mothers must realize and respect that energy and balance, the opposite sex, restores in a child. We can’t be everything to our children. Children need the energy of both genders…it takes both genders, interacting positively, with the child, to bring them in to balance. Equilibrium. I watched their interaction from an upstairs bedroom window, but it was a vivid picture, playing out. I knew then, I had to re-adjust my plans. I could not move back home to Nyc, just yet.
I still planned on moving but seeing the change in our sons, I decided to tweak the move some, for the first lap…becoming, fully self-reliant again, after a divorce (from a 20 year marriage), was stirring a silent fear within me. The unknown, once again, awaits me…What if I fail? No time for self-doubt, I’ve got to step out of my comfort zone, once again. That’s how you bring forth, change. Damn, the fear was trying to take hold of me, but reflecting back on me, going away for College…I felt that same sense, of overwhelming fear. Yet, everything I wanted was waiting on me. When it’s finished, celebrate. I don’t care what it is, that is finished. Anything that is finished can be described as complete. So when a cycle closes or ends, know that the very next one, opens or begins, simultaneously. Isn’t that a great thing? Just know this, just because you want a new cycle doesn’t mean everyone’s happy about it. Dark forces will send their minions, right for you, to drag you back to hell. I remember, an ex that had absolutely no self-control. Once he swore he had to do something having no idea, I knew, he was lying. I shook my head and said nothing… Why? What good would it do with someone that isn’t ready to grow up? The problem wasn’t about them…although, they were a liar. Why would I willingly, invest any of my time or energy, into liars? That’s the true problem. It’s Not about the person, it’s about me. Self love wouldn’t allow me to be in relationships with people that need to heal because they lack emotional maturity. It’s meant to waste and drain your time. Leave that mess right where it is. Those people have a lot of healing to do..that’s fine. Just let them grow up and heal on their time, not yours. Wink.
That person had the nerve, to get upset because I was no longer interested a relationship with him. He retaliated, started a nasty smear campaign against me. I could care less. I knew he was toxic. He was used to living in a low vibration. Had I stayed attached to him, I’d be in that low vibration too. No thank you, I’ll pass. That kind of behavior is attached to a poverty mindset. It’s based on lies, strife, back-biting, confusion, lack, chaos, envy, addiction and gluttony. I had to overlook it all and move on because… Spirit won’t allow you to move forward until you’ve mastered, your own lessons. You must pass the test. I passed the test, walking away from what no longer served me. Being toxic was too draining. I wanted better for myself… I fell back in love, with just ME, again. Won’t he do it?? Be mindful of people, that live in a very low vibration. They’re are attached to the curse guys…and all are just alike. They lack self-love. Disrespect will be an under statement, amongst this group of people. You will suffer. They lie, cheat and steal, etc. Just unsavory behavior, then they blame you when their problems overtake them. Yet; Somehow they never connect, their behavior is directly correlated to their problems. People, we can’t treat people any kind of way, especially people that have sincerely tried to bring out the best in us. You can’t get mad, it’s just what those of a low vibration do. They must heal. Learn that and get your butt off that frequency. Someone’s behavior isn’t about you, it’s always about them. They are responsible for their own decisions, not you. Just step aside. In that example above, Spirit had showed me earlier, that this guy was lying…but I asked Spirit to specifically confirm, if the cycle was complete? This man’s action was the confirmation, that I had completed a toxic cycle, with him, the correct way. He was ridiculous but it really was not about him. I had to be shown how it looked and felt to be with a liar and cheat. It was Spirit showing me, how I used to dog men. So now, I got to see what that looked like. It was very unattractive. I was embarrassed for once behaving that way myself. I lost all sexual attraction to the guy. Once I knew he was a womanizer, it turned me off. So I, “Let cheaters, cheat in peace” and walked away. He was a pleasure seeker, only. I couldn’t build with or invest in that because I knew it couldn’t last. It would always be unstable. Strong foundations aren’t built on deceit.
I thanked God, I had spent the entire previous year, healing, so I just shook my head at the foolishness, then asked for Divine Intervention. That was not for me. I got to see what that truly looked like. I shared this to say guys, the people we met are to teach us something about ourselves. Dealing with a womanizer made me not want a womanizer again. Before that, I took that behavior lightly but as I began to grow spiritually, it turned me off. I recognized it was dangerous to be with someone, in that state of mind. It invites a lot of unnecessary drama into your life, too many people, will be involved. That is never a good mix. Be wary of that. Avoid it if you can but challenges come to help us grow.
That toxic cycle was to teach me to be more careful, in selecting men…And, that character and integrity matters, along with our values aligning. Toxic is toxic. That entire experience was a lesson on self worth. I was so grateful. I saw and could measure my progress. I wasn’t mad or bitter with that ex, I realized and accepted he wasn’t ready for what I wanted. I figured we could make moves together but sometimes people want different things. I became ok with that. I learned a lot in that relationship, so I considered it a great experience, although it hurt, it helped me grow a lot. I couldn’t ask for more. Guys, it’s important to close cycles, when the Universe shows us or it will be shut down for you. Thank goodness, I knew that ending was coming…so Spirit allowed me to prepare for it. Self Love taught me that, I deserve someone that knows what to do with a woman’s heart. Not someone playing games with it. God is too good. Be encouraged, everyone wasn’t meant to stay with you long. Thank them for taking the time, to teach you, your lessons that are needed to help your soul evolve. Certain people come along, to teach you important life lessons. Appreciate it all. Two words…Spiritual Warfare.What do you know about it? There is a Spiritual realm, it’s as real, as the Physical realm, we live in. Two more words, Birth Chart. Recognize how important knowing your birth chart is. You probably read that statement and laughed out loud. I would too, until you find out the government has the birth chart on all its citizens, already. Indicating, there is some pretty important information in a birth chart, huh? Another tool of Divination, we don’t use.
You can get one free, online just don’t be so quick to give others, the information, in your birth chart. It’s for you. Guard it. Your enemies can try to use it, to try to stop your destiny. You’re to go towards your North node, you’ve mastered your South node already. A birth chart helps one recognize their true potential…what about their gifts and talents? It’s all there. One can also, find hidden enemies. I’ve found that most of one’s hidden enemies will be someone close to you. That’s why relationships are always under attack.. it’s the easiest way to get close, to what you want to destroy. Always vet anyone coming in your life.
Let’s take it to the hood. Say, two drug lords are beefing over turf. The easiest trick will be to send in a distraction. So, they get a woman or man, that they know you will find attractive, to come in to try to distract you. If you don’t have that inner beast within you tamed, it’s a wrap, you will fall for it. I will speak on me now, I know, I did. When I didn’t know what true spiritual warfare was, I always took the bait. I’ve since studied and learned the tactics of the enemy. They usually come at the target spiritually, first, because most of us us are not aware of spiritual warfare. Now, I share with you guys, to help you out of the trap. That’s why it’s so dangerous being lead by one’s animal instinct. Everything that looks good, isn’t always good for you. Yet, we still fall for it. It’s easy to use, what you like, against you, so get you under control. Attachments, are an open doorway into one’s life. Don’t take them so lightly. It matters.
Remember, the movie,“Heat” when Robert Deniro’s character walks away from his woman? Yet, he still fails the true test. It was not being able to walk away from his woman. The true test, was being able to walk away from his, Ego. He couldn’t let the guy that told on the crew go, which proved to be his fatal mistake. The outside man isn’t the true enemy, that can defeat you, it’s that inner man, you must master. Thyself. So I ask you, What is it that you can’t walk away from? It’s likely the very thing that your enemies, are using against you. They’ve studied you. That’s the purpose of sending in distractions, they’re there, to throw you off track. Remember, what I said about Trolls? Don’t fall for it. Plus, It’s the easiest way to get information on you. Your enemy, needs to study you closely, to locate your weaknesses. Vet all. The last place you’d look, is usually the easiest place to hide them.
Next, if you are familiar with my work, you realize: I purposely put things from one article to another at times, into either blog on my sites. One has to read my blogs to get a full insight. Earlier, I spoke on Heat Check in relationships but please understand that a heat check can be many things, that was for that scenario. Any time someone is purposely (covertly) trying to gather information on you, that’s a heat check. Use discernment.
The spiritual realm, is as real, as the physical realm. You must learn to respect it. As soon as you can accept that, you can guard your energy and fight back. Please know your enemy, will likely be hidden in plain sight. Relationships are the easiest way to get to you. I don’t believe in that opposites attract, crap. My opposite was usually, my enemy…And, they did everything to try to stop or delay me, achieving my goals. They were unsuccessful but they still tried. I mean just plain, ole petty negroes, annoying as hell. A true minion. Engaging with them so much, made them easier to spot. Lord knows, I had enough trial and error. For instance, I am free spirited, my enemy would be extremely rigid. Get it? Think on your life, who do you know like this? I guarantee, that’s likely, a not so hidden enemy, hiding in plain sight. But I’ll let you tell it.
Source is ever so purposeful. Don’t punk out when you realize who they are. Meet them head on and eat them and their goofy tactics up for lunch. See it and use it as your strength training. Use that negative energy and their foolery as tools, to help you, build your Spiritual muscle. A class in “Whipping demonic *ss”…Look, you can’t be no spiritual chump. Squad up. Get at these clowns, so they learn to keep their goofy butts, in the Circus. There is no way to avoid spiritual warfare, ever…so learn how to fight back. Source is the conquerer of all.. you’ll need wisdom from Source, always.
People talk about the Ascended Master, Jesus, as if he was a punk. Are you serious? Scriptures says, when they came to arrest him, they came with at least 500 soldiers …That’s a threat baby…. And, they came at night. All cowards move in the dark. The haters, (pharisee) knew that the people loved Jesus, they would’ve clowned arresting him, while he was out feeding and healing people. They knew true POWER cause they themselves lacked it. Jesus was stunting daily, Setting the captives free. Free from what? Bondage. That’s mental illness, disease, broken hearts, lack, addictions, etc. The more come for you, the more power you must realize, you alone possess. I had gang stalkers ..peep, the word gang stalking..Boo, that’s a threat. I open people’s eyes with clarity. Kicking the devil in its head. Step away from confusion, it’s a trap. Jesus said, let your, “Yea, be Yea” and, let your “Nay, be Nay.” That means, speak clearly, stop it with the riddles, clown. Be clear or get the hell on… ain’t nobody got time to keep playing with idiots. People that aren’t clear with you, are there to manipulate you. Period.
Stop playing with low vibrational people that refuse to heal, they entertain demons. Stop sleeping with them immediately, forever. They are attaching entities to you, every single time. Sex is the easiest way to cypher your energy. Mess around and you’ll become a sex addict, from sleeping with their low vibe butts. Hell no. Don’t eat anything they cook or try to serve, that’s dark magic. Keep some cereal or something on deck, if you must, just don’t trust eating anything from them. It will have you all messed up in the head. Always in a state of confusion, a fog. They’re dark, so they prefer to live in a low vibrational state, trying to keep you stuck with them. They are literally “energy harvesting” offof you and feeding off your vitality…You’re their supply. Wake up. Those kind of people, don’t belong around you. Never give them, what they’re after, your essence, your life force. Pull back your energy, asap. I call that, the back that *ss up. A lot of people need it.
Take your energy back. “Let ’em starve.” Stop letting cowards, play silly mind games with you. They know better, that’s why they hide their hands. They’re Naked and afraid. Damn skippy. They are cursed, get out of their way. Let fools, be fools. Heal, so you can stop crying about people that think bs and playing with dark magic is funny. It’s not. These unhealed people are the playground for low vibrational entities and they’re being sent at you ..Keep thinking spiritual warfare ain’t real. Gone have your butt outside, barking at the moon. It’s real people, Protect your energy. No walking in fear, they feed off that low vibe. Squad up, with Source. Shut that mess down. “There’s a war going on outside, no man can run from.” That’s hip hop, from Mobb Deep.
People that are mean on purpose, avoid them like the plague. Let them, go do the work on themselves. Stop sleeping with them, asap. Stay out of mess. People will begin to see how others ,let darker forces, use them, to hate on you. Don’t be evil but check goofy stuff. I call it, “Nipping it in the bud.” That mess ain’t cute. You don’t get to plot on people because you’re mad, at how your life turns out. That’s insane. You made those decisions, you’re no victim. Self correct. Do something about your own life. Stop focusing on others. Work on yourself. That’s what you can control. You can’t control others. Stop that goofy mess. What better person to teach you, than your enemy? They teach you, what not to do. People that seek revenge are shady, leave them alone too, they’re bitter. Bump that ‘tit for tat’ crap. Adults communicate. Stop all that low vibrational behavior, that’s from our messed-up patterning. If you need to apologize, do so, Goofy. Grow your butt up. That’s why I cut people that play all those silly, petty, mind games off. “I’m not in High School, Sweetheart, Find you somebody to play with.” That’s slang, guys.
People playing with your children, as pawns, are working with darker forces, so bump them too, their time is coming. Face and accept what they truly are. Low vibrational, hence the title: “Low lives.” Always take care of the kids. You must heal, so you can stop engaging with people that are foul. Anyone playing with your children, has deep-rooted mental issues. Do what you can to get along and a co-parent, always stay in integrity and character.They’re not your enemy, they’re broken and need to heal, they are their own enemy. That isn’t about you or your children, that mess is strictly about them, only. Do right by your children always, bump all that fussing and fighting, crap. Give what you can, when you can. The Universe honors that. When you get more, give more. Stop explaining, keep receipts.
A loving parent would never tear you down over money, the one that does, ain’t sh*t, face it. Don’t you dare carry their mind games and drama, any further into your life. Leave that junk alone, that’s a headache. Grow up. Stop engaging in foolishness with people that act, like that. They’re not ready. It’s a set up, to make you look bad, bump them. Be with people that align with you. Healed. Expect broken people to act a fool, they need to heal, get out of their way. It can’t change without them healing, first. Accept that or go back for torture, eventually, you’ll get tired of being dragged. Good, now focus on healing, you. You need it, that’s Self Love. People that can’t forgive others need healing too. Accept that too. Take back your power by fixing what you can in your own life, stop focusing on another. That is always grounded and rooted in codependency. Who cares who did what? Move on from them, detach. Your life is about you, fixing you. You will needed those challenges in life to help you level up. Just remember,The spiritual realm is as real as the physical. Respect it. Make time for Source, daily. Scripture tells us, “Let the redeemed of the Lord say so.” So, I say it often, “I’ve been redeemed, Boo, how about you?”
Honey, I’ve found out that a whole lot of people forget to tell others that Source hasn’t forgotten about them. I’m not one of those people. They’re afraid to be preachy, bump y’all. I’m speaking my truth. Who are you? Better go get you some business, so you can stay out of mine. I’m doing me, boo. (More slang). I encourage all, to tell others about the goodness of the Most High because you never know, who needs to hear it. Your story, isn’t just for you. Thats so freaking selfish. Some body, somewhere is going through, what you are going through or have gone through. One doesn’t have to be religious to be redeemed. Knock it off with this dumb, deep sh*t. Worship whomever you chose but tell others about the goodness of God and how it brought you out of a dark place …Brag on the mercy, you receive. I truly believe we do ourselves an injustice, when we forget to encourage others. Nothing that you’ve went through, was to embarrass you. Most of those things, were for others. Get over yourself, dear.
Be you, always stand in your truth. When you know better, you’ll do better. Relax. Forgive yourself now, you’re learning. Things happen. We all fall short. Just fix what you can and work on your ugly behavior. Stop caring about what others think, over what you think..,Do you, but it better align with Source’s standard. Be your true Self. I stand in my truth, no matter what, don’t care who don’t agree with me. I refuse to be shaken. I’m Free….And, damn it, it feels good, baby!! Updated 2/3/23
